1.What batteries do you use?

LFP Grade A battery. Our battery system does not use defective cells and has strict quality testing and control measures. 6000 cycles.

2.This include all hybrid inverter and battery?

We have a 5KWh, 10KWh, 14.33KWh household battery system. Currently, only 14.33KWh is equipped with a hybrid network built-in inverter. Others require additional installation of inverters.Industrial and commercial energy storage system(BESS) require additional photovoltaic inverters, and it is recommended to use the GoodWe brand.

3.Do I have to connect them in series?

Soutien, the household battery system can accommodate up to 6 units in series, while BESS can accommodate up to 14 units in series. It depends on your electricity consumption and load power.

4. Can you supply solar panels? Can you recommend? And How many solar panels do I need?

Our company does not produce solar panels. But we can recommend you suitable solar panels. We will provide the number of solar panels needed based on your electricity consumption needs

5.What cooling technology is your system using?

Liquid cooling for BESS.

6.Does it include the fire protection system?

Yes.

7.Does your battery system have an app that can monitor charging and discharging data?

Yes, our home battery system has a Bluetooth module that can monitor data through the app. And BESS has a cloud system that can also perform power tracking and customize the charging and discharging time periods.

8.How to install and use the product?

We will arrange for technical engineers for free initial debugging. And the customer will bear the subsequent travel expenses. And we have the English teaching manual and videos; All the videos about every step of machine Disassembly, assembly, operation will be sent to you.

9.Do you have any MOQ limit?

Yes, but low MOQ, 1~10pcs sample order is available. Welcome sample order to test and check quality.

10.What kind of certificates your solar battery system have?

PISEN solar battery system have acquired UN38.3, MSDS, CE, RoHS, FCC, UL and PSE certificates, which is able to satisfy most country’s importing requirements. We will follow up on the order situation to apply for other certification requirements.

11.How do you provide after-sales service?

We have overseas branches can provide repair and replacement. If there are any problems, please let us know and we will provide you with apositive solution.

12.How long is the warranty?

5-year warranty for batteries system, and 3-year warranty for inverters. The battery cycle efficiency shall not be less than 80% within 10 years.
